Augmented reality glasses and headsets often cost around a thousand dollars, and this steep price is often the big turn away for many buyers. However Mira Prism breaks this mold and brings augmented reality at an affordable price for only 99 USD.
Mira Prism is a head mount similar to Samsung's Gear VR but with a unique reflective lens that allows the user perceive the real world while superimposing computer generated image. With that in mind, this headset is currently only compatible with recent ios devices, and all currently software are build with Apple’s ARKit platform.
One of the major factors why this device is so unique is because the system is running off of ARKit platform which allows multiple users to see and interact with the objects that are projected. This allows for deeper and more enjoyable augmented reality experience. For more information please check out these two links below.
